Welcome to Vimvi (the “Platform” or “we”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our messaging, social matching, audio/video interaction, and related services. By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform provides dating and social services to adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not register or use the Platform.

1. Services

We provide features including, but not limited to: account registration and profile display, interest-based matching and recommendations, text/voice/image/video messaging, feed posts, virtual gifts, and premium memberships. Available features are subject to what is shown in the App. We may adjust, upgrade, or discontinue features as needed.

2. Account Registration and Security

  1. You must register using a valid phone number or other permitted method and ensure your profile information (nickname, avatar, gender, age, bio, etc.) is truthful, accurate, and complete.
  2. Your account is for your personal use only. You may not rent, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow others to use it.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access, data leaks, or losses caused by your own actions.
  4. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately via in-app support or official channels.

3. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you must not:

We may warn you, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate your account, and report violations to authorities as required by law.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post (text, images, audio, video, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit such content to provide, promote, and improve our services.

Software, UI design, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Platform belong to us or respective rights holders and may not be used without authorization.

5. Paid Services and Virtual Items

  1. Some features (memberships, virtual gifts, premium services) require payment. Prices are shown in the App.
  2. Virtual gifts, coins, and similar items are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated by us.
  3. If your account is banned for violating these Terms, unused virtual items may not be restored or refunded.

6. Offline Meetings and Safety

The Platform provides online social and matching services only. We do not guarantee your safety during offline meetings or relationships. Verify the other person’s identity carefully, meet in public places, protect your privacy and property, and contact law enforcement and our support if anything seems suspicious.

7. Changes, Interruption, and Termination

We may suspend or interrupt services for maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or legal requirements, and will try to notify you in advance. You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate services if you materially breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or disputes arising from network conditions, third-party failures, your own conduct, or force majeure. We do not guarantee the truthfulness or legality of user-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time and publish updates in the App or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and delete your account.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where we are located.
